Mostasharoon Alsalafi Law Firm (MOSTASHAROON) (the Firm) has been managed by the lawyer, Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed AlSalafi since 1423 AH. Dr. Abdudallah AlSalafi has a Master’s D. and a Ph.D. from the Higher Judicial Institute in legal and Sharia field (Commercial Law) and a higher diploma from Vanderbilt University, Nashville, Tennessee, USA.

 Attorney Dr. Abdudallah AlSalafi has a long experience and comprehensive knowledge in respect of providing legal advice in various branches and sections of the jurisprudence and law. He is a licensed attorney and a certified arbitrator as per the Minister of Justice’s resolution No. 1390 on 13/11/1424 AH (05/01/2004 AD) and an approved authenticator as per the Minister of Justice’s resolution No.  42/37. He worked previously as a case manager and a chief legal adviser in one of the most important banks in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for approximately nine years, during which he dealt with more than 700 cases of various types. He also worked in the academic legal field as a lecturer at the Higher Judicial Institute. He is a member of the Saudi Bar Association and of a number of legal and judicial societies.

MOSTASHAROON has been providing legal services in advocacy, arbitration and authentication for more than 20 years, during which it has represented many clients before judicial and quasi-judicial authorities and committees and before arbitration committees, in addition to being assigned as an arbitrator in many cases.
